Evaluation & Testing System

We have designed as ystem of three Terms to get the true picture of subject knowledge and each Term followed by

• Weekly Tests
• 3-Monthly Tests
• Term Exam

For the betterment of the students we shared their monthly result with parents and exclusive meeting arranged to discuss weakareas.

Therefore, monthlytest has 5% impact on theirfinal term exams and every term exam have 10% impact on their Final Exams and their position will be calculated on the basis of those accumulative results. Therefore, all tests should be considered seriously to get position in class.

Parent Teacher Meetings

To keep the Parent-Teacher-Student triangle in-contact, we arrange 3 to 4 Parent Teacher Meetings (PTM s) to discuss the student's results in detail and exchange other issues making hurdles in their learning process

Absentees Call & SMS Alerts

Through absentees calls & SMS Alerts we in formed parents regarding their child presence, academics and de velopment by sharing attendance, results, performance, due dates, counselling & any updates.
